1. Acceptance of Terms
3 Vital Solutions, LLC d/b/a Big Fish Technology (“Big Fish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the following websites and services (collectively, the “Site” or “Sites”):

Big Fish Technology provides managed IT services, consulting, documentation, portals, forms, and billing systems. These Terms apply to all interactions including website usage, Knowledge Base access, and form submissions.
3. Knowledge Base Usage Disclaimer
The Big Fish Knowledge Base provides technical guidance that may require intermediate to advanced expertise.
- Content is provided “as-is” without warranty
- Users assume all responsibility for applying KB guidance.
- Content may not be suitable for all environments
- Improper use may result in service disruption, security risks, or data loss
4. Guest Access and Restricted Content
Certain areas of the Site may require account registration. Guest users may access limited public content only. Certain materials are restricted to authorized users. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
If you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Big Fish may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, with or without notice, including for security, administrative, or compliance reasons.

Users agree not to misuse systems, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or disrupt services.
7. Payments and Billing Authorization
Submitting payment forms (including ACH forms) authorizes Big Fish Technology to process payments as specified. Users confirm they are authorized to approve transactions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials are the property of Big Fish Technology unless otherwise stated.
9. Third‑Party Links
We work with a variety of trusted third-party service providers to deliver and support our services. These providers may assist with functions such as hosting, monitoring, communications, security, analytics, and service delivery. We only share information with third-party providers as necessary to perform these services and require that they maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
Because our service partnerships may evolve over time, we maintain a current and comprehensive schedule of our third-party vendors and subprocessors here.

10. Limitation of Liability
Big Fish Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
11. Security
No system is completely secure. Users share responsibility for maintaining security best practices.
12. Client Agreement Supremacy
If a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or other contract exists, it takes precedence over these Terms.
13. Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
15. Changes to Terms
